idiotism vs courtesy-ism


...so mok dengar crita sik?...

camtok kisahnya...exactly two weeks ago kamek beli camera baru....Sony Cybershot TX-7...

memula nak beli earlier model, TX-5...memang dah ush
a kat online...learning it features and such....tapi bila sampey d kedei...hatiku tertawan ngan TX-7...so kmk sanggupla bayar few extra bucks to get TX-7 instead of TX-5...

so excited la tek...beli la kamek TX-7...nang puas hati la ngn kamera tok...

& then....kitak orang patut tauk yg TX-5 adalah waterproof....& it has 'underwater scene mode'

& TX-7 ada 'underwater scene mode' as well...

then few days ago kamek g ke waterfall...dengan komfidennya beta mengguna kamera ya masa bermain2 air....'waterproof' tek nakkkkkkkk......

WRONG!

memula d lens ada condensation on it...inside it exactly...but i thought its normal...agikpun air ya sejuk bah....so pk sekda masalah...

pasya nya sekpat on....'bateri weak kali nak'.....mujuk atie bah....come on la...camera ya baru gilak eh...dah rosak! gila nakkkkk....isk

pasya kamek balit rumah, kamek charge bateri ya..try on...nya on...tapi kat screen nya nothing...nang gelap trus....kmk tandahnya depan kipas for n hour or 2
....pasya pasang balit bateri...guess what happen?! ada 'hissing noise'...sriusss...macam bunyi masa kita keringkan kuali yg basah eh....bunyi air ya evaporate.....bila alih bateri baruk bunyi ya hilang... :(

ok kesimpulannya i broke my new camera! urghhhhh....manasnya ngan diri sendiri time yaaaa....tuhan jak tauk...

so the next day...try2 jakla g kedey ya...ney la tauk dapat d baiki....we hand it over to the shop-assistant(?) and just say, 'camera dapat on, tapi nothing appear on the screen'...nya belek2 camera ya...nya on kan kamera ya...and tgk sekda apa appear on the screen....pasya nya embak kamek org ke kaunter customer service....tunggah sidak pun technician...the guy did the same...nya sik tanyak apa2 soalan pun...nya belek2 camera ya...nya try on kan kamera ya...pasya nya padah camtok, 'new camera body ok!'

what?! hahahaha.....no question ask....he just hand us a new camera...complete the new warranty for the new camera....then asked us if we were satisfied with the new camera....the he said, 'Sorry for the trouble' and simply bow!

i lurveeeeee japan....i feel awful cuz its my own fault....but its great! 'customer is a god' here....so they say and that is how they treat us...

p/s: i promise to be less careless after this...promise....huhuhu
