yogurt

yogurt...its a good diet food...it consist of protein so our body needs more energy to process it...read it sumwhere in thw internet

other than that...

i discovered that its a good facial masker...esp if you are having dry skin...i read it somewhere in the internet, to add some honey to it...but i believed that the honey i bought is not a pure honey so i refused to used it on my skin...

anyway the point is, plain yogurt works as well...just spread the chilled yogurt on ur face...and leave it for about 15mins.then wash ur face with warm water and lastly rinse it with cold water... ur skin will feel healthier on the dotttt...

i always clean my face before using any sort of masker....i love using the cold cream...again n again....then the facial wash...only then the masker...and lastly i applied the moisturiser....

healthy skin is the best thing ever... ;)

Sejak dua atau tiga hari lepas, laman web sosial facebook, kecoh mengenai seorang isteri, berasal dari semenanjung msia dan berkahwin dengan lelaki sarawak, menghina perempuan sarawak secara amnya. semuanya berpunca dari perasaan tidak puas hati akibat suaminya di goda oleh perempuan sarawak, yang juga merupakan bekas kekasih suaminya.

(yobihhh...susah molah full sentence eh...hahaha.....cobaan menjadi journalist gagal! :p)

anyway...berbalit kpd kes ya.

sriusly kmk sendiri manas gila lepas baca statement brani mati puan h.t ya...sebab nya manas ngn ex suaminya tek, p nganok semua empuan sarawak...yahh...sapa sik panas atie nak?

ya namanya racism tanpa d sedari.
jangan nganok orang ekot negeri, warna kulit, negara atau apa2 jak yang kedak ya....ambik senang jangan anok orang.

malaysia, selamak tok aman...tapi makin lamak, makin huru hara....kita sebagai rakyat knak igt...sentiasa ada pihak yang ingin memecah-belahkan rakyat malaysia...sidak gna cara halus..sidak hasut secara halus...sidak sikkan menampakkan diri...sidak gna cara yang sangat halus sampey kita sik sedar apa sebenarnya yang berlaku...dan bagi sapa2 yang emotional ya...yang kurang rational...abiz la...abizla keamanan negara....sidak emo n kurang rational tok la sebenarnya mangsa dan pemangsa. mangsa sbab terpedaya ngan hasutan pihak yang sebenarnya berniat memecah belahkan malaysian...dan pemangsa sbab akibat sidak pun emo ya tek, hasutan tersebar luas....

ya nak memecahkan malaysia secara intelektual (mun salah gna perkataan sorry la)....

kes puan h.t tok, intelek pun sik..tapi org kdak tok leh menyumbang kpd perpecahan rakyat malaysia...mebi la nya sik terpk pun yang nya pun statement ya leh menyebabkan perkelaian antara sarawak n semenanjung msia....tapi bila marah menguasai perasaan...macam2 boleh berlaku... snang crita...kmk polah carta alir...

RM 3k...Lost n Found!

Yuppp.....no kidding...

...a friend of mine lost his wallet when he was using the public train here...he only realized it after he change 2 or 3 trains...

apart from the i.c, license and such, he just withdrawed about 90k yen (which is about rm3k)..and the cash is in the-missing-wallet...

imagine that!!!

the next day..(i think)...he got a phone-call telling him that someone found his wallet and he should get it himself...he did...and surprisingly that cash is still in there...untouch!

a) life science presentation. 10 mins present, 20 minutes discussion. (:p)
b) collect sample from yesterday's chromatography
c) discuss with sensei about yesterday's sds-page result
d) prepare buffer for tomorrow dialysis

things i am doing
a) concentrating yesterday's sample. need to add the sample every 10mins interval....mendoksaiiii...

b) blogging....sbab lab sangatlah sleepy....2 undergrad students sleeping, kakak master doing her arts...she's very creatives....nya suka polah cards, melukis etc while waiting for her exp. , senpai phd yg gila ngan nya pun power ball...i hate that noise...seriously...but he's like so obsess with it...he's my senpai...so shouganai... :p ....others dah balik....otsukaresssss....termasukla sensei..haha...naahhh...most likely he has other things to do outside dai...

so that's my day so far...esok ada presentation...again.... :( ...i love presentation...i just hate preparing the slides....huhu

and owh....hehe......insya Allah lusa dah leh tgk grey's anatomy S06E11...oh yeah oh yeah oh yeah...asalkan ada org upload...ngeh ngeh ngeh...

overview of jan schedule

4th : protein purifying...need to get pure l-ficolin from human serum...basically using asialofetuin n glcnac agarose column.....this process would take my entire week...hopefully it will be sucessful this time...this is my second attempt actually...i failed to get the l-ficolin the 1st time...only MASP...means i didnt messed up entirely... :p

8th : english class presentation practice. means i need to prepare my slide before that day.

14th : biotech class presentation...seriously, i think the sensei wants us to present cuz she's out of material to teach us...isk...but it will be a good practice for all of us...so itz not that bad...i just hate preparing the slide...

15th : english class presentation. its a 5-mins presentation. i love presenting...but i loathe preparing the slide...so much trouble to prepare the slides that u will only use for 5 mins... huhu

there goes my january...on february there will be another winter break. its the year-end break actually... the one between first year n 2nd year... so i will be in my second year sooner than i thought.

well...the break is for the undergrads actually...their long 2 months holiday...and most likely 1 week break for the masters n phd students...since dai will be closed...maybe...hopefully... ;)

n before we know it, sakura will be blooming again...marking my first-complete-one-year living in japan.

i love japan...i just love my home country more... :)
